The Member Program
Alongside its teaching, the institute keeps a small private practice. A limited number of members are accepted into a white-glove program built around a one-million-dollar credit and asset acquisition program — the education and the methods for opening a business, establishing credit accounts, and acquiring land, residential property and other assets.
White glove means what it says: the building, and the majority of the footwork to create these opportunities, is performed by us. The member is taught the method as it is carried out.
The aim
One member. One million.
The program exists to empower and create, one member at a time, one million dollars in asset creation — each member under our umbrella, and each of them built individually rather than in a class of many.
There is no definitive timeframe for completion, because every member’s personal situation is different. What we provide is the information, the method, and the hands to do the work with; the ability to pursue it afterward belongs to the member, whatever unforeseen events arise.
The program does not run in cohorts and does not publish a syllabus. It is a working arrangement between the institute and one member at a time, carried out privately.

What it covers
The education, and the groundwork
The program teaches the methods and performs the work — the two together, which is the whole point of it. Neither half is much use alone.
The education and the materials
The methods and the education materials are handed to the member directly — the reasoning behind every step, not a stack of reading to work through alone.
Opening and building a business
How a business is opened, structured, and grown — the entity, the record-keeping, the accounts, and the way trade is conducted.
Credit accounts
How credit accounts are established and built deliberately, so a member holds real standing rather than merely a score.
Land and residential property
How land and homes are located, evaluated, and acquired — and what to look for before anything is signed.
Other assets
The wider catalogue of assets a member may hold, and how each is acquired and kept.
The method itself
The reasoning behind every step, taught as we go, so that the member understands the work rather than merely receiving it.

White glove
You will not be handed a stack of reading and left to it
We do the majority of the footwork
Filing, forming, researching, locating, contacting, and the long unglamorous labor of building something — most of it is ours to perform.
Education delivered to the member
You are taught the materials and methods directly, so that the understanding is yours to keep and to use again.
No definitive timeframe
Every member arrives in a different situation, and the program moves at the pace that situation allows. We do not measure it in weeks.
Yours to pursue
What is handed over is a position you can act from. The methods and education remain with you regardless of what unforeseen events arise.
One member at a time
The program is deliberately small. Members are accepted individually rather than in cohorts, and only when we can serve them properly.
Kept private
Nothing about a member's participation is published, discussed, or used as marketing. What is between you and the institute stays there.

Plainly said
What we do not promise
No timeline is promised
Because every member begins from a different place, we cannot and will not name a date of completion. What we can do is keep working the method with you.
The work is serious, and it is ours
This is not a seminar and not a scheme. It is the practical work of building a business, standing, and holdings — carried largely by our hands.
You will be told the truth
If your situation is not a fit for the program, we will say so before you pay anything. That is the whole reason applying is free.
How it works
The application process
- 01
You send a note
The application below asks for your contact details, where you are, and a short account of your situation. There is no fee and no obligation in applying.
- 02
We read it ourselves
Every application is read personally. If the program fits where you are, we will arrange a private conversation by phone or in person.
- 03
A conversation, then an agreement
We talk through what you are working toward, what the program covers, and what is expected of you. Nothing begins until it is clear and agreed on both sides.
- 04
The work begins
From there we set the pace around your situation — education, groundwork, and the majority of the footwork carried by us, progressing together.
Applying costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If the program is not right for where you are right now, we will say so plainly rather than take your money and your time.

Tell us where you are starting from
There is no correct answer here and nothing you should dress up. The more plainly you write, the better we can tell you whether the program suits you — and whether we are the right people to help.
- Cost to apply
- Nothing
- Who reads it

- Privacy
- Kept between us
- If we cannot help
- We will tell you
Not ready for the program? Begin with a class.
Most members come to us through the school. The classes are open to everyone, and they are where the practice starts.
